ppvip Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ppvip platform and all services included within it. ppvip is an online gaming platform that operates casino games, sports betting and related entertainment services. Using any part of the site or creating an account automatically makes these Terms applicable to the member.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply primarily to users in Bangladesh. ppvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time for reasonable cause. Amended Terms take effect automatically the first time you access the site after changes are made.

To use ppvip's services, each person must create an account in their own name. All information provided at registration — name, email, mobile number and date of birth — must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.

2.1 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person operates multiple accounts, or if multiple accounts are active from the same household or address, all associated accounts may be cancelled and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Verification

ppvip may at any time request a government-issued ID, national identity card, passport or other documents for identity verification. ppvip reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Any attempt to pass verification using false information will result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Password and Security

Keeping the account password confidential is the member's sole responsibility. You are strongly advised not to share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the ppvip support team immediately.

The minimum age to use the ppvip platform is 21 years. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating or using an account. If a minor is identified during age verification, their account will be cancelled and all transactions will be considered void.

In addition, only persons residing in Bangladesh who are legally able to participate in online gaming may become ppvip members. If you need to refrain from using ppvip's services due to a particular issue, or if you have concerns about addiction, you are advised to follow the Responsible Gaming policy.

ppvip supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Members must ensure that the payment account used for deposits is registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted, and if such a transaction is detected, the withdrawal may be suspended.

4.1 Deposit Processing

When the correct instructions are followed, deposits are generally completed quickly. However, ppvip is not responsible for temporary delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's side or banking delays.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on ppvip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If a deposit is made in a different currency, the member bears responsibility for any conversion fees and exchange rate differences.

The minimum withdrawal amount from a member's balance is ৳500. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

5.1 Verification Required

Before a withdrawal request is processed, the member's identity and ownership of the payment method may be verified. If the required information or documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal may be delayed.

5.2 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Winnings from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements may vary between different bonuses — see the Bonuses section for details.

5.3 Reasons for Rejection

ppvip reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request for any of the following reasons:

• Account identity verification is incomplete
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected on the account
• The deposit and withdrawal methods differ and no satisfactory reason is provided

ppvip offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; before withdrawing winnings from the bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after the wagering requirements are met are withdrawable.
• Promotional bonuses have a set expiry period, and any unused bonus is automatically cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the relevant promotion states otherwise.

6.2 ppvip Weekly Deposit Gift

With the ppvip Weekly Deposit Gift bonus, depositing ৳100 or more on any working day once per week earns a 30% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳2,000 gives a ৳600 bonus, with a wagering requirement of ৳600 × 15 = ৳9,000.

6.3 ppvip Slot Festival Bonus

The ppvip Slot Festival Bonus applies only to deposits made for slot games. Depositing ৳100 or more once per week earns a 50% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳2,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

6.4 ppvip Cricket Season Reward

During an active cricket season, depositing into cricket markets earns the ppvip Cricket Season Reward bonus. Depositing ৳100 or more once per week earns a 40% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳6,000. The wagering requirement is 18 times.

6.5 ppvip Birthday Special Gift and Refer a Friend Reward

Once a year on their birthday, verified members may claim the ppvip Birthday Special Gift, worth up to ৳2,000 with a wagering requirement of 10 times. Under the ppvip Refer a Friend Reward, each successful referral earns a reward of up to ৳3,000 (wagering requirement 12 times).

All games on the ppvip platform operate according to set rules. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer methods — in both cases, results are impartial and not predetermined.

7.1 Technical Errors

If a game session is left incomplete due to a server or network issue, ppvip will review the game log and make an appropriate decision. If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical error, ppvip reserves the right to correct the amount.

7.2 VIP Programme

ppvip's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold and up to 1.2% for Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false or fabricated identity information
• Coordinating multiple accounts strategically to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Playing games through software bots or automation tools
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Using third-party payment accounts
• Spreading false information with the intent to mislead or harm other members
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

ppvip may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any clause of the Terms is violated
• Fraud, deception or suspicious activity is detected
• The member does not respond to an identity verification request
• By order of a court or any authority

If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, they must contact the ppvip support team. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed.

ppvip provides its services on an "as is" basis. ppvip's liability is limited in cases where a member suffers loss due to technical interruptions, disruption of third-party services or any other reason.

In particular, ppvip will not be liable for any loss resulting from an incomplete game session caused by loss of internet connection, device failure or power outage.

Gaming is a form of entertainment and carries financial risk. Members are considered to have knowingly accepted this risk when using ppvip.

ppvip may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to send a notice to members' accounts. However, it is in each member's own interest to read this page before accessing the site each time.
